Upgrades for pay as you go customers

Time for a mobile makeover?

If you've been with us for nine months or more, you may be eligible for an upgrade.

Find out by calling Customer Services on 150. You need to be over 18, a registered customer (you can arrange this over the phone or in-store), and have a bank account in your name.

Tip: Pay as you go upgrades are not available in T-Mobile stores. They can only be processed in our customer services centre so make sure you call us on 150 if you're interested.

Don't want to wait?

If you haven't been with us for nine months but still fancy a new phone, why not think about buying a new one? It doesn't have to mean blowing the budget. Check out the reasonably priced mobiles in our current pay as you go range.

If you find one you like, order it before 8pm Monday to Thursday and, providing it's in stock, we'll zip it to you by the next working day.
