 The legal stuff you need to know

For our Existing Customers

  • If you are an existing pay monthly customer you will get a £20 credit to your account if you recommend T-Mobile to a friend and they take out any new pay monthly price plan, or new U-Fix price plan.
  • Your friend will have to agree to stay with us for a minimum term and they will have to pass our credit check.
  • Your friend will have to give us your name and phone number when they call to take out their new price plan.
  • This offer is only available for friends who have not been customers of T-Mobile in the three months before they take out their new price plan. The offer does not apply retrospectively and excludes T-Mobile employees, contractors and customers who take out a second price plan on their account.
  • One month after your friend joins we will check to see whether your account and your friend's account are still active (they won't be if either of you have returned your phone under StreetCheck or because of any other right of return that either of you may have). If both accounts are still active, and neither of you owe any money on your account, we will credit both accounts with £20.
  • This offer is available until 31 December 2008.

For the Friend

  • To get a £20 credit to your new account you will need to take out a new pay monthly price plan, or new U-Fix price plan by calling [0845 412 2315]. You will have to agree to stay with us for a minimum term and you will have to pass our credit check.
  • You will need to give us the name and phone number of the person who recommended T-Mobile to you when you call, so get their permission to tell us before you call.
  • You won't be able to get the £20 credit if you have been a customer of T-Mobile in the three months before you take out your new price plan. The offer does not apply retrospectively and excludes T-Mobile employees, contractors and customers who take out a second price plan on their account.
  • One month after you join us we will check to see whether your account and your friend's account are still active (they won't be if either of you have returned your phone under StreetCheck or because of any other right of return that either of you may have).
