Your extra credit will be applied after the first 3 times you have topped up £10 or more online, by text or by phone using a registered credit or debit card.
Promotional credit can be used on calls, texts and picture messages. It cannot be used for calls to premium rate numbers, for text or MMS alerts, for interactive SIM text services including Text chat or for texts to and from premium rate numbers.
Credit will expire within 30 days of the date it was provided to you.
Use of promotional credit does not count towards qualifying monthly usage for Relax Pay as you go customers nor qualifying calls for Standard plan Pay as you go customers.
Promotional credit will be used before top-up credit
